This recipe was developed by Assaf Yachiel (also known as the Potion Poet) for a coffee story we shot in December 2015!! We have been holding off posting these as we had a third cocktail to our story, but sadly Assaf is now living abroad so hat will have to wait until his next trip to Cape Town.
An easy Gin Coffee Gimlet to impress.
* not for the faint hearted!
50 ml Tanqueray No. 10
2 barspoons Castor Sugar
3 barspoons Tanzanian coffee beans (Full bodied, wine, berry, citrus)
25 ml Lime Juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake & Fine Strain into a coffee cup. Serve with grapefruit zest garnish.
